Shipping:

Is Shipping free all over the world?

Yes, we offer FREE SHIPPING in the entire world.

Order below 300USD will be shipping via Hong Kong / China / Singapore postal airmail service free shipping.

Orders over 300USD will be shipped by Express free shipping. The normal delivery time is approximately 12-18 working days, however if you live in Spain, Italy, Brazil, Russia or Ukraine, please allow 16-28 working days.

 

How long will my order being sent out?

Usually we will arrange parcel out within 2 working days.

Note: Saturday or Sunday due to post office does not work.

 

Orders

What is the condition of my order?

100% Tested for your order twice before shipping out to you.
Each product we sell will be tested one by one before shipment. To avoid potential damage during the shipment, we always pack with bubbles, and use bubbles if possible.

 

What address will you ship for my order?


By default, the items will be shipped to you registered address in our website, which is provided by you during your registration on our site. If you want us to ship to another address, please tell us when checkout. Or email us: uwelectronics@gmail.com

 

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept the following paying methods.

(1) PayPal(the world's most favorite way to pay)
(2) Bank Transfer and Western Union

Wire payments are only accepted for orders over $500. Please contact us in advance of placing an order if you intend to pay via wire. Please note for orders over 4,000USD we only accept Bank Transfer and Western Union.

Customs Tax:

Return Policy

Can I Return the Item If It Does Not Meet with My Satisfaction?

If the product you purchased does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Please e-mail us with the product information stating the reason for the return. You must return the product undamaged and preferably unused in its original packaging, including the manual if available, the inserts and a copy of the packing slip. Collect shipping will be refused, so will the return of damaged product, for that we strongly recommend that you include insurance to the shipping of any return. There is no refund for used product, because we don't sell used items.

For airmail shipping, a restocking fee of 15% will be charged for to cover our expenses.

For Express shipping, a restocking fee depends on the country you reside in and what Express you used.

What if the item i have ordered is defective?

If the item you have ordered is defective on arrival, contact us within the seller warranty period of 90 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. Outside of 90 days only manufacturers’ warranties (if any) apply. We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item. If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer, then we will deduct from your refund our fee for Ground delivery.
